What will I be doing?

As a Marketing Creative Specialist, you will transform strategic briefs and marketing direction into high-quality creative assets that bring ideas to life. You will be responsible for designing presentations, brand collateral, and visual communication materials that support both Bray Leino Labs’ internal projects (including our product Pythia) and other marketing initiatives across the organisation.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Translating marketing strategy and input from internal and external teams into strong narrative-driven creatives

• Producing brand collateral including one-pagers, brochures, infographics, event materials, and campaign visuals

• Working hands-on in Figma to design, refine, and version creative assets

• Writing or refining short-form copy to support visual storytelling where required

• Collaborating daily with creative, marketing, and strategy teams across our sister agencies to develop cohesive outputs

• Ensuring brand consistency, quality, and accuracy across all creative deliverables

• Supporting documentation, branded templates, and internal process improvements

Designing polished, visually engaging presentations, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials

A typical day in the life

You’ll start your day around 9.30am local time. A typical day might look like this:

• Join a daily catch-up with colleagues to review active briefs and creative priorities

• Produce or refine campaign collateral for internal and client-facing projects

• Collaborate with strategy or product teams to translate complex concepts into simple, clean visuals

• Work on presentation layouts, storytelling flow, and on-brand design elements in Figma

• Review feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets

• Wrap up by documenting progress, versioning assets, and updating task trackers

About You

You bring relevant professional experience in marketing design, creative production, or brand communication, ideally within a services-based B2B environment. You have strong design fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate ideas visually through well-crafted presentations and collateral.

You’re someone who:

• Is highly proficient in Figma for design, layout, and creative production

• Has strong visual storytelling skills and a portfolio that demonstrates presentation design and brand collateral

• Can write or refine short-form copy to support creative messaging

• Understands how creative assets support marketing and commercial goals

• Has experience creating polished decks, brand materials, and campaign visuals

• Is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and cross-agency teams

• Manages time effectively, handles multiple requests, and works with an eye for quality and consistency

• Is based in India
